Too many people are released from systems or crisis situations without the support needed to truly move forward. Chains to Change–Legacy Corp was created to bridge the gap between instability and independence by addressing the root barriers that keep individuals stuck. We believe real change happens when people are supported through transition- not just temporarily helped, but empowered to rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and opportunity.
Our mission is to support individuals navigating major life transitions by providing stabilization services, structured support, and pathways toward independence. Through housing, reentry support, workforce development, and community partnerships, Chains to Change works to break cycles of instability and create long-term opportunities for success.
Chains to Change–Legacy Corp operates a continuum of programs designed to support individuals during critical transition periods, including reentry after incarceration, recovery from treatment, housing instability, and economic disruption. Our work focuses on stabilization first, followed by connection to long-term pathways that promote independence and self-sufficiency.
