At Chains to Change – Legacy Corp, we provide safe, structured, and fully furnished re-entry housing for both men and women. Our homes are gender-separate to ensure comfort, stability, and a supportive environment for rebuilding independence.

We offer two program levels designed to meet individuals where they are and guide them toward long-term success.

With personalized guidance, community connections, and a foundation rooted in accountability and care, we help each individual take confident steps toward a stronger future.

Level 1- $600/month (Shared Rooms Only)

A structured foundation for rebuilding stability

Level 1 is designed to help returning citizens acclimate to freedom and re-establish daily routines. This level offers the structure and guidance needed to create a strong foundation.

Included Support:

Two weekly check-ins
Assigned household chores
Employment navigation and support (as needed)
Daily structure, routine-building, and accountability

To move forward, clients must graduate Level 1 with a 95% success rate, which means:

No rule violations
Consistent attendance at check-ins
Successfully maintaining routines, cleanliness, and responsibilities

Graduation from Level 1 prepares individuals to advance to Level 2 with more independence and confidence.

Level 2- $800/month Private Rooms | $600/month Shared Rooms

Greater independence with continued support

Level 2 is designed for individuals who have built consistency and are ready for the next step toward independent living. Clients maintain weekly check-ins while enjoying increased freedom and responsibility.

🛠️ Life Skills Workshops

We’re developing a series of practical workshops to equip participants with essential life skills for independent living. These workshops will cover areas like budgeting, meal planning, time management, healthy routines, and communication — all designed to support personal growth and everyday success.

🤝 Peer Mentorship

Our upcoming peer mentorship program will connect clients with mentors who have lived experience navigating reentry and rebuilding their lives. This initiative will create a supportive, understanding environment where participants feel seen, guided, and encouraged through one-on-one connection.

💼 Employment Navigation

We help clients gain meaningful employment through resume assistance, job search coaching, and partnerships with local employers. The goal is to remove barriers and provide personalized support that helps individuals find stable, dignified work opportunities.
